Wireless & Lifeline
Lifeline is a federal assistance program that helps eligible households receive discounted phone or internet service. Our trained teams help community members understand the program, review basic eligibility, and complete responsible enrollment with participating providers.
Community Health Workers
One person cannot solve every challenge alone. When Community Health Workers, families, organizations, and local partners combine their knowledge and effort, we become a stronger network for the people who need support.
Our Community Health Workers listen, explain available options, and connect neighbors with resources for health, stability, and well-being. For people called to serve, this work can also become a meaningful path for personal and professional growth.
Sober Living & Reentry Housing
Stable housing can be the foundation for a more focused next chapter. We are now accepting inquiries from self-pay residents for sober living and reentry housing built around daily structure, personal responsibility, respect, and connection to outside support.
We believe progress is stronger when residents, families, mentors, and community partners work together. Our goal is to offer a respectful setting where people can regain stability, practice accountability, and move toward greater independence.
Admission is subject to screening, house rules, and space availability. Housing is not medical detox, clinical treatment, emergency shelter, or a guaranteed government placement.
